Registered Nurse & Co-Owner

Peaceful Harmony’s RN co-owner brings more than 20 years of nursing experience, caring for people who need anything from everyday assistance to complex medical care.

The home was created to bring that experience into a smaller, more personal setting where each resident can be known and their individual needs understood. The RN co-owner oversees resident care, medications, staff training, care coordination, and the overall safety and quality of the home.

The goal: for every person who comes into the home to feel cared for, respected, and at peace.

Co-Owner & Administrator

The co-owner and administrator manages the day-to-day business side of Peaceful Harmony, including staffing, finances, payroll, and operations, while also spending time with residents, helping with activities, cooking, playing music, and bringing warmth and humor into the home.

A background in technology and management helps keep the home organized and running smoothly alongside RN-led clinical care.

The goal is simple: residents should feel at home.

Our Care Team

Caregivers supported by clear expectations and RN oversight.

Individual caregiver identities are kept private online. The care team supports residents with daily living, mobility, meals, personal care, companionship, housekeeping, and other assigned needs under Peaceful Harmony’s care plans and leadership.

Consistency

A smaller setting allows residents and caregivers to become familiar with routines, preferences, and day-to-day needs.

Communication

RN leadership oversees staff training and care coordination, while families receive updates as needed by phone and in person.

Respect

Caregivers are expected to provide patient, dependable, person-centered support while maintaining a safe, clean, welcoming home.
